We recently had two issues with our fifth wheel RV. A slide failure and a hydraulic jack failure. Both times I was able to call Great Adventure and in the case of the slide failure, Joel and Tanya were at our location within an hour and helped us get the slide operational again. In the case of the hydraulic jack issue, I was able to call them and they walked us though getting the jacks to stop falling when driving. Both times we worked with them it allowed us to get back on the road again. We would definitely work with them again.

Hooked up my travel trailer for the first time after leaving it unwinterized in Michigan for a year and discovered that I had an exploded hot water heater and other plumbing issues! Luckily Joel was nearby and able to resolve all of my problems very quickly and professionally! Hopefully I won't need his services again but I would definitely call if I do...5 stars!

Joel was in the park taking care of another customer when my dump valve failed for the black tank. He diagnosed the problem went to the closest RV parts store, came disassembled the entire valve repaired it in a timely matter. Very Professional and courteous, would absolutely recommend him!

Joel of Great Adventure RV Repair really came through for us. Highly recommend. The propane in our 2014 Phaeton was dropping rapidly even when not using. Joel happened to be staying at the same park as us and he quickly determined we had a bad regulator and hose. He went out of his way to find the parts and get it fixed before we left. It saved us so much time and hassle when he could come to our rig. It was clear he knew what he was doing. We’ll be checking his location if we need anything else in the future. We hope our travel paths will cross again.

I reached out to Joel online to inquire about having an RV inspected that I was considering purchasing. The followup was a phone call with him and his wife to talk about how they go about the process as a couple. While they were not the cheapest option, I was optimistic that I was making a good choice moving forward with them. The detailed 250 page report solidified that feeling. The inspection was very thorough containing photos and videos, finding all kinds of little nicks to major safety issues. I am very thankful I chose Great Adventure and would recommend them for your RV needs!

We had an issue with our slide after something shifted in travel and got caught, causing us to snap off a tooth of the gear sprocket. Had a repair guy out yesterday and replace the part and refused to believe that the diag from lippert said was the actual problem, didn’t listen to me when raising a secondarily problem, so we broke another tooth of the new part.
Thank goodness that we saw Joel drive by with his number on his truck!! Joel came out today & fixed the underlying problem, validated my concern was in fact impacting the slide alignment, and told us exactly what we needed to do once the 2nd new part arrives.

Joel was very conscious and prompt. He had to order parts, but was able to get us full power on our RV, while we waited on parts!

Had a propane emergency alarm go off twice last night and 2 neighbors responded immediately. Joel, RV repairman, checked everything out and we rested comfortably for the night. Today, put the electric awning out for our first time and no problem. Went to retract and nothing. Contacted Joel who responded, assessed and got it unstuck. Joel advised us what it meant and what we could anticipate. He also took a photo of the supplier that we could contact when needed. Great Adventure did an amazing job with some recall work on our Brinkley 5th wheel. They also did a disc brake upgrade for us right at our campsite. Their attention to detail and customer satisfaction far exceeded our expectations. 10 out of 10 would recommend them!!

Joel from Great Adventure RV went above and beyond to help us out. Had a bad valve stem issue on our Class A and even though tires are not his specialty he came out to Blue Bell campground in the rain, got the tire off our rig, took it to town to get repaired, brought it back and put it back on all in record time to get us back on the road.
